Qualified persons interested in filling as a school board candidate for the April 8, 2025 election may begin filing on December 10, 2024 at 8:00 am at the District Office. There are two positions available, with three-year terms each. There is one position open serving a one year term.
Filing will begin on December 10, 2024 at 8:00 a.m. Filing will end on December 31, 2024 at 5:00 p.m. During this period, candidates may file by setting an appointment during the district's regular business hours, which are Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. or from 3:00 to 5:00 p.m. on December 31, 2024.
Candidates may obtain the official candidate filing packet of forms and instructions in advance from the district office upon request. The address is 401 West Pettis, Green Ridge, Mo. The school district office will be closed December 20, 2024 at 2:00 p.m. through December 30, 2024 (Christmas Break). Filing will not occur on those days, or on any other days that the school district's offices are closed due to weather. The closing date for filing is December 31, 2024 at 5:00 p.m. The school district office will be open from 3:00 to 5:00 p.m. on December 31.
